Refunds and Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed (Usually after 24hrs).
Please ensure all your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please email info@gleambytarida.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order.”
After the 24‑hour window, orders cannot be cancelled as we would have started processing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Product Quality and Issues
All items are inspected and packaged with care to ensure they meet our quality standards.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
